- Lawn Maintenance: Prices below include mow, edge, line trim, and cleanup with a blower.
- Prices are based on size of lot. The majority of lots in the area are either “Average”(Homes not corner or cul-de-sac) or “Large”(Corner, cul-de-sac, or other) in size.If you don’t know your lot size we can look that up.
- We Highly recommend weekly mowing for a beautiful lawn.

-Small Lot (less than 6,000 sq. ft.)

–Large Lot (12,000- 15,000 sq. ft.)

Additional Services Rate:
- For services other than mowing our rate is $60.00 per hour(2 man crew).
- In addition, these services may require additional materials to complete the work.
- A list of additional services are: Flower Bed Maintenance, Bush Trimming, Leaf Cleanups, Acorn Cleanups.

Products:
- Mulch – We have brown, black and red mulch available.
- Grass(Sod) – St. Augustine and Bermuda.
- Seasonal Flowers – Flowers available for each season: Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

**Overgrown lots may incur an additional charge. We reserve the right to decline service for lots that are too overgrown.
