City Wide Lawn Care plant bed cleanups consist of all or part of the following:
- Weed Removal- We will pull weeds from flower beds, tree rings, bush beds etc. and place them in paper or plastic bags for city pickup.
- Bush/tree Sprout Removal- Bush sprouts will be cut at ground level and bagged. Most but not all bushes grow these but those that do grow them on a regular basis and need to be removed by hand.
- Leaf Removal- Leaves will be removed and bagged as well. Leaves collect in beds in fall as well as those that fall from your bushes/tree/plants etc. throughout the year.
Cleaning plant beds out on a regular basis is better for a variety of reasons. For one, cleanliness, prevents diseases such as fungus from multiplying and attacking your plants. Second, it reduces the amount of dead material present. Third, with clean plant beds you reduce your chances of harboring insects and rodents such as mice/rats.
